Shipping Costs, Estimations, etc.?

Standard Shipping is anything shipped untracked, and you will NOT receive a tracking number, which are the following:

  • Standard Lettermail (Canada & USA)
  • Oversized Lettermail (Canada) 
  • Small Packet (USA & International)

If you wish to have your order tracked, please upgrade to tracked shipping upon checkout. 

Haven't received package?
I apologize that you have not received your order yet. Unfortunately, if you purchased your order via standard shipping, I am unable to track your package. Once your order has been shipped off, it is no longer within my control. I do not offer refunds, or replacement packages for orders placed with Standard Shipping. 

Damaged packages or products?
I try my best to ensure that everything I sell is up to quality and try to pack and ship your order carefully as possible. Unfortunately, these things happen once in awhile.

Get in touch with us at hello@littlecorgo.com while providing photos. Please take clear photos of the damages, which include interior and exterior package damages, and product damages. 

Refunds, replacements or exchanges?
Everything is final sale. No refunds or exchanges. Replacements will only happen for orders that have been damaged, or lost tracked orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Will you make tri-coloured Corgi designs?
I've definitely considered it! I currently have no plans, but would definitely like to start creating them in the future. (Actually kind of weird that I have a tri-colour, but no tri-colour designs)...
